Questions about pricing, implementation, data, and the Leak Map.

Pricing & trial
How much does IXIA cost?
The Revenue Leak Map is free. The self-serve platform is $99/mo for Starter and $299/mo for Pro. Done-for-you implementation is priced per scope. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card required.
What is included in the free trial?
The 14-day free trial gives you the full platform — intake capture, instant AI first-response, the live Intake Monitor, and follow-up automation — with no credit card required. You only pay if you decide to keep it.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($99/mo) includes the intake monitor, AI first-response, follow-up, and the embed snippet for a single business. Pro ($299/mo) adds higher lead volume, API key access, and SLA tuning.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free Revenue Leak Map and the 14-day trial both require no credit card. You add billing only when you choose to continue on a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from inside the app at any time. There is no long-term contract on the self-serve plans.
Implementation
How long does implementation take?
Self-serve setup takes minutes — sign up, embed the snippet, and go live. Done-for-you engagements reach a first operational fix in 2 to 5 weeks, depending on how quickly access and sign-offs come back.
Do I have to run it myself, or can IXIA do it for me?
Both options use the same engine. You can run the platform yourself, or have the IXIA operator team map the leak, configure the platform, write your response logic, and train your staff.
What do I need to provide?
For self-serve, just a place to put the embed snippet or an intake endpoint to send leads to. For done-for-you, access to your current forms, inboxes, and call flow, plus brand voice and sign-off on copy.
Data & security
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Lead data is stored per tenant and isolated to your account. Access is protected by authenticated sessions, and your API key is the only programmatic way into your data.
Is the platform secure?
Access requires authenticated sessions, data is scoped per business, and API access is gated behind a key you control and can rotate. We never share lead data between tenants.
Which AI model powers the first-response?
The platform is provider-flexible. The AI first-response acknowledges each enquiry specifically, collects structured information, and sets expectations for the human follow-up, rather than sending a generic auto-reply.
The Leak Map
What is the Revenue Leak Map?
The Revenue Leak Map is a free intake audit that estimates where response speed gaps, intake quality problems, and follow-up failures are costing your business money across its current lead flow.
How does IXIA calculate the leak number?
We baseline your lead volume and first-response time, estimate the share of qualified leads lost to slow replies and missing follow-up, then multiply recoverable leads by your real conversion rate and value per client.
Are the results on your Results page real?
The scenarios on the Results page are representative composites, clearly framed as illustrative of typical patterns rather than guaranteed outcomes. Your own number comes from your Leak Map.
Which businesses is IXIA built for?
IXIA fits service businesses where each qualified lead is materially valuable — law firms, tax advisors, immigration consultants, medical clinics, and high-value local service businesses.
